Operator Technologies AI Pty Ltd trading as Lorikeet (“Lorikeet” or “we”) provides certain applications, programs, platforms and related online services (collectively, the “App”) to App users (each, a “User” or “you”). This Privacy Policy describes the information Lorikeet may collect through the App and how such information may be used, disclosed and processed. This Privacy Policy also describes how Lorikeet protects information and requests you may make relating to your Personal Information.

Information Collected by Lorikeet

We may collect information that identifies you or other individuals, or that otherwise meets the definition of “personal information”, “personal data” or a similar term under applicable data privacy or data protection laws and regulations (referred to herein as “Personal Information”). We may collect any of the following categories of Personal Information:

  • Name and Email Address: When a User creates a profile on the App, we collect the User’s full name and email address. In order to identify customer support tickets in connection with the App, we may also collect full names an email addresses of individuals who contact or interact with our clients’ customer support teams. Additionally, we may collect names and email addresses of individuals who send us inquiries.
  • Online Identifiers: We may collect Users’ online identifiers automatically as they use the App, as described further in the “Tracking Tools” section below.
  • Customer Data: In addition to collecting full names and email addresses of individuals who contact or interact with our clients’ customer support teams, we may collect any other Personal Information included within a customer support ticket on the App (such information referred to collectively as “Customer Data”). The specific categories of Personal Information collected may vary depending on the nature of the customer support ticket at issue and may include, without limitation, postal addresses and commercial information, such as records of products purchased. We may also collect certain App usage information which does not identify you or any other individual, and otherwise does not qualify as Personal Information (“Usage Data”). Usage Data is collected automatically as you use the App and may include data indicating hyperlinks on which you click, number of App sessions you log into, the start and end time of such sessions and the type of device you use to access the App.

Uses and Disclosures of Information

We may use and disclose Personal Information as follows:

  • We may use full names and email addresses to operate and provide our App, including without limitation, to enable Users to establish and maintain App profiles on the App and to identify and resolve customer support tickets through the App.
  • We may use full names and email addresses to respond to inquiries or other communications that are submitted to us.
  • We may use full names and email addresses to send marketing communications, as described further in the “Marketing Communications” section below.
  • We may use online identifiers to authenticate Users and to remember their preferences on the App.
  • We may use online identifiers and Usage Data for analytics purposes, as described further in the “Tracking Tools” section.
  • We may use Customer Data to provide the App, including to enable Users to identify and resolve customer support tickets.
  • We may use Customer Data internally to improve and/or redesign our App or generally for our product development purposes.
  • We may use and disclose any of the Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy as needed to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request.
  • We may disclose any of the Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy to our service providers, consultants and advisors that assist us with our business functions, including the provision and operation of the App.

Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers, including but not limited to data hosting providers, so that they may assist us with certain activities in support of our business functions. Although we do not control such third-party service providers, we carefully evaluate the information privacy and security practices of those providers prior to engaging them and work only with those providers that are capable of protecting information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Information Security

We implement security measures designed to protect the security and integrity of the information that we collect and maintain. We routinely assess the effectiveness of our security measures and may modify such measures, as appropriate, to ensure information remains adequately protected. Despite the security measures we implement, there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet and therefore we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access to or use of information will never occur.

Transfers of Information

To operate and provide our App, we may transfer information internationally from the country in which you access the App to other countries around the world, as permitted by applicable laws and regulations. We may transfer such information to a country that does not impose the same privacy, security or data protection requirements as those in the country where such information was collected. Such information may therefore be subject to different legal protections depending on the laws and regulations of the country to which the information is transferred. In any event, we will seek to protect information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The App may include links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or recommend such third-party websites or the content therein and are not responsible for the privacy practices of the operators of those websites. We encourage you to read privacy policies which may apply to your use of third-party websites.

Marketing Communications

As permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may use your name and email address to send you marketing communications. These marketing communications may include, for example, updates about our products and services and other advertising materials that may be of interest to you. The marketing communications we send to you via email will include an unsubscribe link or other option which allows you to opt out of receiving further marketing emails from us. You may, at any time, also contact us at privacy@lorikeetcx.ai to request to opt out of receiving further marketing emails from us.

Tracking Tools

We may use certain applications and programs that automatically collect online identifiers and Usage Data as you use and navigate the App (“Tracking Tools”). We use Tracking Tools for analytics purposes, including to understand how Users engage with the App and how they interact with certain features in the App. Our use of the information obtained through Tracking Tools helps us to improve the App and your experience using it. You may disable Tracking Tools by modifying your browser settings, but if you do so, some features on the App may not function as intended.

Children Under 13

The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years old and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you discover that we have collected any Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us at privacy@lorikeetcx.ai so that we may seek to delete such Personal Information.

Requests Relating to Your Personal Information

Pursuant to certain laws and regulations, you may make requests relating to your Personal Information, including but not limited to, requests for access to, correction or deletion of your Personal Information. To make such requests, you may contact us at privacy@lorikeetcx.ai. In your request, please specify the Personal Information which is the subject of your request so that we may respond appropriately. We will respond to your request as required by any laws or regulations that are applicable to Lorikeet.

We may retain information until the purposes of using and disclosing such information described in this Privacy Policy have been fulfilled, in each case as permitted by and consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time as we deem appropriate. We will include any updated version of this Privacy Policy on the App or will make it available to you in another manner.
